Meet our New Pilates Mat Instructor: Cassie Carlson
Cassie started her group fitness career in 2020 with Revelation Wellness, a ministry that focuses on whole-bodied living. After teaching classes at her church, she decided to get into a large local gym teaching HIIT classes and then transitioning to Pilates. She completed a Rev on the Mat (Revelation Wellness) certificate and her Pilates Mat certification (NETA) in 2024. She also holds an ACE Group Fitness certification.
Besides Pilates, she likes lifting weights, cycling and playing volleyball.
